The rental rate includes the VAT, water, heating, electricity as well as linen/towels and the final cleaning.
The pool is heated when necessary (except when outside temperature is too low).
In July and August rental is only possible per minimum 2 weeks with weekly changing of linen and 4 hours of weekly cleaning included in the rent.
Rental starts on Saturdays between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm
Rental ends on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
* At Christmas / New Year a deviation from these rules is possible.
An advance payment of 30% confirms your reservation.
The balance is due no later than one week before your arrival.
The safety deposit is due at the handover of the keys.
